DPD Needs to Put in a Little Effort
I recently moved into a new building. I get it; the address is not available with all services, and the postcode is not 100% accurate. It can be confusing.
DPD tried to deliver once, but the driver could not find the address. I spoke to their customer service team, explained that it is a new build and that the address was correct. The building is four stories tall; you can’t miss it. I also explained where to deliver and where the reception was. DPD came back the next day and still could not find it. I explained to their driver on the phone how to find it, but they just ignored it, decided it was too much of a bother, and sent it back to the seller.
Honestly, we had at least five other delivery companies here, from groceries to tech to furniture, with no handholding whatsoever. You were the only ones who decided it was too much of an effort.
