I honestly don't know how they are still running. I haven't ordered from a website that use DPD Local for over a year because of how bad they are but unfortunately I had to last Wednesday. Bit the bullet and gave them the benefit of the doubt as its been so long. Needless to say I am going straight back to my "never order from a company that forces this delivery option". Order made last Wednesday on 24 hour next day delivery. Parcel is still not here one week later. Every day the deliver driver marks it as a "delivery attempt failed" at the end of the day. I can confirm there has been absolutely no delivery attempts as I work from home and literally work within 5 steps of my front door. When complaining I just get the classic "GPS shows he was there". They no longer take photos it seems as previously last year they showed "proof" that delivery was attempted which was a photo of my street which was 15 houses away from my actual house. My street is a dead end but at the end there is a mounting turning point so there is no excuse not to drive down there. Honestly, this company should be black listed from doing home deliveries.
