I would rate zero if I could. One of your unmarked (probably GIG economy) drivers/vans arrived earlier to deliver a package. I was unable to open the door, as I have a terminally ill German Shepherd who is about to be put to sleep and is distressed. The driver could clearly hear him going insane. My wife 1st and then I both asked the driver (through the window) to please leave the package at the doorstep. The driver refused and said he must take a picture of the package inside the house. This is unacceptable on many levels. Firstly, our request was not unreasonable and he could have took photos of the package and myself at the window. Secondly, there is a security issue here in my opinion. I am not comfortable for unidentified vans and drivers to be taking pictures of the inside of my house. I very much doubt I'm alone in this. Finally, the driver offered no alternative and was unhelpful and down right ignorant. The package in question contained crucial cancer supplements that I urgently require. Now I am without them, and without idea if they will even be delivered. The order was placed through my practitioner, so I have no reference details. This means I can't even speak to you about it. Absolutely disgraceful service, that is potentially putting my health at risk. I will be contacting the company in question and relaying this information to them.
