DPD HAVE GOT TO BE THE WORSE COURIERS EVER..... Unfortunately, they are the chosen Couriers for the company that supply my medical supplies. I received medical supplies on Wed 6th August which was left at the side of my wheelie bin & a further parcel today which was left on my doorstep by Stephen the driver albeit it clearly states on the label my chosen safe place is in an open cupboard behind my wheelie bin. Upon lifting the box my supplies fell out as the box was so badly torn as you will see from the attached photos. This is an ongoing issue which I have raised numerous times with DPD & yet they still fail to comply with my delivery request. I have now contacted the company that supply my medical supplies & requested they use another Courier for my delivery or I will be using another company I have sent an email of complaint to DPDs CEO this evening
