This was in Portslade, Station Road on the 2nd Sept 2025, at 12.29, a DPD driver rang the doorbell. Being in an upstairs flat I had to walk all down the stairs. When I got down there, the driver looked at me with a dumb expression and told me that the parcel was left next door in the store because I took too long. Absolute rubbish! He stupidly put it somewhere else, rang the door and refused to get it back! I have never come across such substandard customer service before. It was beyond stupid! I mean, who does that??? Lack of intelligence, lack of competence and the ability to be professional. It's worrying
