everything went very well. from start to finish. everyone was very friendly and professional and I felt in good hands the entire time. communication is also very good. I was and still are in contact with them via WhatsApp. They kept me up-to-date on the COVID situation in Turkey before I flew there, daily communication while I was there to inform me about pick-up times from the hotel and checking on me if everything is going well and how i feel and now, after I'm home again, they still check on my wellbeing, which is very kind of them. I had my HT 2 weeks ago, so I obviously cannot review the end result as that will take around a year, but so far I'm really happy. I periodically send over pictures for them to see if everything is going as planned and get feedback on them.
