I hesitated for quite some time if I should get a hair transplant or not. From the minute I started interacting with the clinic you could sense the level of organization. I have mainly interacted via WhatsApp with Sera in the preparation. Once I left Turkey I have been interacting with the medical team. What surprised me the most is how caring and customer-centric the clinic is. You can see that in everything they do. Sera was great from day one. I did the surgery during Covid times and she was great in providing the information needed to feel comfortable. Everyone at the clinic is super helpful and goes above and beyond. It's a very international atmosphere, with different languages been spoken everywhere. They have great translators there as well. The medical team was great too. They all exceeded expectations. It's 2 weeks after the operation now, it's already looking good and natural, you can't tell I have had surgery. I look forward to see the growths over the next months and to write a second review. 5 Stars isn't enough, the clinic deserves their own star system! Thanks for everything!
