The product I received from Dransay.com was terrible. The buds were dry, stale, and unusable. I paid for express shipping, but the delivery was delayed by over three weeks. I contacted their customer service for a refund, but no one responded. This company makes big promises but delivers nothing but frustration. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Dransay.com.
