My transition from one of the mega size hosting providers (who I had been with for 10+ years) who have moved their customer service operations to a generic call centre somewhere to the North of Australia was motivated by the frustration in dealing with yet another monolithic entity. The experience of switching my domain to DreamIT and associated hosting has been an effortless experience. The customer service has been at a level that others should aspire to. Well done guys !
