Exceptional customer service from their shops through to their head office support! Probably not the easiest customers my wife and I as both had different needs but we got our dream mattress after a lot of coming and going. The dreams customer support were magnificent all the way through, advising, exchanging and even refunding the difference when the mattress we bought was reduced in price - wow!
