Had mattress delivered today, got spoken too once! Had coats knocked off hooks in the hall wasn't informed or were they picked up ! Wall clock in the hall caught with mattresse and again not informed ! Heard one warn the other about something and heard the reply (IF IT FALLS IT FALLS )! left without saying a word as i waited in the kitchen with front door open and just left .!! Really good customer service! NOT!
