I ordered a single bed with underbed before Xmas, delivery date was agreed for 6th Jan, this didn't happen due to heavy snow in West Yorkshire. I was telephoned with apologies, delivery scheduled next day, again didn't happen due to weather. I needed beds as had company staying on the Saturday, I was telephoned on a regular basis with updates, beds delivered on Saturday, with temporary mattresses in time for my guests. Replacement mattresses arrived today. Order complete, all staff I have dealt with either the shop where I bought beds from, head office staff, and drivers were excellent, helpful and friendly. Well done and thank you.
