I bought an adjustable bed and Tempur matress in December and returned the mattress after 90 days under the 100 day guarantee. Just didn't get on with the mattress but maybe just me. I then bought another mattress that was cheaper than the Tempur by £300 but was informed instore that I would get the refund in Dreams vouchers. I paid another £89 delivery for new mattress. I have now been informed that I cannot have the refund as that is the amount the tempur mattress was discounted in the store at the time and I have to pay that. In the T&C it says if you choose a cheaper mattress then you will be refunded in vouchers. I paid what the mattress was priced at for all customers not especially for me. The store manager informed me I would get a refund so I am taking this matter further and hopefully this will be resolved. Will let you know - feeling let down by Dreams after spending alot of money
