just now New I recently purchased a mattress in store that was delivered 6 days ago, that has remained in the original packaging in my hallway and we decided that we wanted to return the mattress, only to be told that as we had purchased the mattress in store rather than online, we have no right to return it!! So, if we had purchased the mattress online, we would have had 14 days from the date of delivery to return the mattress, but if you purchase in store, BEWARE, they will not allow you to return full stop! I think it is an absolute disgrace and I’m not even sure how that is allowed, or what has happened to my consumer rights - this was also not disclosed to me at the time of purchasing the mattress. Scammers! Now stuck with a £1,500 mattress that we don’t want or need!
