Bought a medium mattress(it was nearly £1100 so not cheap )but when delivered felt like a rock
Was told had to sleep on it for 14-30 days before the mattress had worn in
Could not sleep on it for another 30 min let alone 30 days
Very helpful staff before they took our money but awful afterwards
