I made an order online for a new bed and mattress I phoned today to ask a question about my payment. Firstly the total of my transaction was completely wrong but luckily I havnt made a payment yet.
When I called to make this enquiry they where unable to find my order. This is really disappointing as I have been looking forward to my new bed arriving Saturday. I was told on the phone that it’s not likely that I would be receiving the order Saturday.
I was also told that Somone would get back to me about my order and the next steps to take but this hasn’t happened.
