The border that I ordered came in quickly and was shown much in appearance as shown online. What I am very unhappy about is the customer service. I need to return the borders as they did not match up to the wallpaper that I already have on my walls. I have called, left messages, followed their directions from their website & filled out a return request (there was no return form or packing slip). and still have heard nothing. When I completed the return section of the website it stated that I would hear something soon on how my return would be processed. I have never filled out a return form an had to wait to hear from someone before I could sent back the product. It has been several days and I have received nothing. As I mentioned, there is no one to answer a call as well so I'm wondering if I'm just at their mercy with products they are hoping won't be returned. Is this yet another online shopping site that deliveries timely, but on returns.....not so much?
