I have waited for refund since June. The Nov 30 was due for the refund, in trust and patience. But nothing happened, and there was not any response to my many emails and calls from abroad here. I contacted the airline, which couldn't find the booking number with this company. I requested a credit or whatever, so as to buy a new ticket with the amount unrefunded. Still no help and response. I have to do ATOL claim and small claim... to protect customers like me. Am I not patient to understand this Covid 19 situation? Other companies seemed to do their best with prompt replies. Do not lose your pease and dignity to save some pennies. Avoid please
