I booked a flight in February to fly December! My brother booked the same flights via Expedia, he was informed his return flight was cancelled, six weeks later I'd still heard nothing so I contacted this joke of a company Dream world travel (nightmare travel world would be more appropriate), 5 days later I got a reply! To my shock the return flights been cancelled lol, I requested a refund to be sent the company refund policy, this could take between 6 and 8 weeks BUT! POSSIBLY UP TO 6 MONTHS, I've since spoken directly to the airline involved, they have no record of the booking, so either DWT has been refunded or they never actually booked the flights in the first instance. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Ps my brother had his refund in 10 days from EXPEDIA. Please learn from my situation and book via a honest and reputable company 🙏
