I don't usually do reviews but this is definitely a scam company. Been waiting for a refund since June 2020 and all they do is lie to you. They have given us 8 different dates when it would be paid and they failed. Other family members who booked at the same time (but used a credit card) were able to get their money back within weeks. We now have no choice but to pursue legal remedy.
Please do not book with these people, they are not a legitimate company.
