We booked tickets through Dreamworld for travel in December 2021 that we unfortunately had to cancel due to COVID. We have now attempted to move them to an alternative date in April (as my father in law is ill and we need to travel ASAP) but have been quoted an astronomical change fee & have tried to call them (without success). Have any of you had much luck in getting your tickets moved? We don’t want a refund we just need to go see our father in law urgently. Thanks
