booked flights for October, all looked legit, receipts etc, tried to follow up for to get seats booked etc due to my mother having specific needs, for nearly a month, i,ve tried to get any answer or flight references, nothing, auto responses by email, phone wait 60 min and cuts off, or answer machine and no responses at all, its a big holiday and tickets are expensive, only resolution is refund and try somewhere else, bank cannot do anything until flight has passed
