NIGHTMARE WORLD - #18084 I made a booking on 13/03/2020 Let that sink in over 705 days ago... a return flight to South Africa. The airline had contacted me directly noting that they would refund the ticket at full cost 700 days ago.... I thus reached out to Dream World where they confirmed they had the funds and were going to charge me 15% for processing the refund. Well, I still haven't received my money that they have ILLEGALLY held onto for 2 years. With each enquiry, I am told it is still being processed and they are sorry that it is taking so long...... THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 15% FOR THE LUXURY OF KEEPING YOUR MONEY FOR 700+ DAYS!?!?! BE WARNED
