Unfortunately, I tested covid positive on my Pre travel PCR test since then I have been trying to get a letter from them for my insurance company stating that I have been unable to get a refund. No one ever answers your emails, you wait for hours in a queue to speak to someone for them to do absolutely nothing to help, just pass the buck stating that someone who isn’t in the office needs to deal with it. Whilst writing this review I have been waiting in the queue for 1 hr and moved 6 places. Shocking! This company give appalling customer service and I would stay well clear. I wouldn’t mind I don’t even want a refund; all I need is a blooming letter! Words cannot express how I feel about their complete lack of customer support.
