Appalling and dishonest. I paid for my flights to Indonesia two weeks ago and I'm yet to receive my eticket. I have been in touch with them and was sent a booking reference which expired two days later. Singapore Airlines advised me that the reference number expired because my flights had not been paid for by Dream World Travel. They also said that I should have received my ticket as soon as my money was taken. It seems that I was given the reference number by Dream World just to get me off the phone. I've been swindled by a dishonest travel agent. Now, after a chain of emails from Dream World (and replies from a different agent each time), I'm still no closer to receiving my etickets, which has put booking all my remaining plans on hold while prices for everything are rising. It has been two weeks over 10 emails to and fro. I've even received a message from their customer care Team Lead to tell me I can get a refund (in 8-12 weeks, minus 15% admin fee) or my etickets within 72 hours. This time has passed and I've heard nothing back. Charging an admin fee for a refund when Dream World haven't even paid for my flights is a joke, and 8-12 weeks for a refund means that my holiday would be cancelled. I wish I had checked reviews here before booking with them.
