Booked flights for New York April 2020 COVID meant that we could not travel. Still have not received a refund. Paid over 2000 pounds still getting the same emails it has went to accounts as urgent or it's due to the pandemic. My husband has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and the money would help us greatly. Please be careful when booking with this site. Broken promises
