Avoid this fraudulent company. I paid over a £1000 for a ticket and had to cancel due to I’ll health. I sent e mails and rang Friday till Tuesday. Wednesday my call was answered. I was told i would get a full refund if i provided debit card details. I gave the details they asked me to go onto online banking and click authorise . I refused to click authorise because I realised they were trying to take over £500 from my bank account. I told them I was reporting them for fraud to the bank. They rang me 4 times to say it’s not fraud in order to refund me they need me to click authorise. This company needs reporting . They are conning people. Geena
