This is absolutely shocking behaviour by Dream world travel company. I've bought a ticket for £500, and something important came up I had to cancel it. I contacted them and they said that you will receive your money back in six weeks but unfortunately it's been 3 years now and my £500 still hasn't been refunded. When j call them they not picking up and straight goes to voice mail a wired voice comes. When I email them they blocked my email. I'm shocked why the government not brining those people to justice. I'm having a nightmare with this travel company I cannot get through and I don't know what to do. The government needs to help us and bring those criminals to justice.
