Buyer beware! I wish I had looked up reviews before buying from DressLily. I had the same experience as others before. I was charged for my purchase and when I didn't receive it, I checked the status. Still processing. After giving them a couple more days, I contacted them for a refund. I was told the item was back ordered and I could continue to wait or they could give me a store credit.
What kind of place doesn't offer a refund? Especially for an item that hasn't even shipped? It sounds like they are running a scam and just hope people will give up so they can keep the money. I will be disputing the charge with Paypal.
