Ordered three tapestries from DressLily with 3-8 day shipping. I placed my orders on November 20th. After not hearing from DressLily regarding my order I reached out to their customer support team and was informed that even though the item advertised “Availability: In stock” it was in fact on backorder, they had no intention of informing me of the issue or recommending a solution other than “wait.” After much correspondence and swapping out gifts trying to find something I might receive before Xmas, I have only just now received my first item 23 days after order, the other items are still pending shipment according to the tracking companies and dresslily support claims they shipped the items at 10-18 business day shipping even though I specifically paid extra for 3-8 business day shipping. The product in which I received is made of poor quality as of purchased directly from a sweat shop. I will not be purchasing from DressLily again, I advise that you keep looking around, it’ll be worth spending a couple extra dollars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CORRUPT COMPANY. Barely legal.
