I would rate this company a 1/2 star out of 10. I purchased my dress on December 1st. I paid for the top tier shipping (3-5 days). after the 8th day, I contacted support on facebook messenger. I was told that it is "peak shipping periods for present" and to allow more time to get my order. I asked to have a refund for the difference in shipping and they told me this on Monday (December 17th) "As for shipping method,please note that it is just faster theno other metods once the order has been shipped out.
We hope you could give more time for your order" (that is copied and pasted from messenger). I then asked for a refund and that was when they started ignoring my messages. It took a total of 16 days for me to receive my package. It also took them 6 days to just get the dress packed in a box and mailed. I realize this company is not Amazon, but you would be better off paying a little more just so you don't have to deal with this untrustworthy and in my opinion a trashy company.
