Avoid this company!! I placed an order on Nov 26th and received all but 2 items in early December. Unfortunately, the size was off on one of the shirts so I elected to take a partial refund on that item. I have been waiting on the remaining items for weeks. When I inquired with the "customer service", I received a canned response showing item number and estimated dispatch time. I opened a ticket today and finally was able to find out that they never planned to ship my items! At no point was I notified that there was a problem or that my items weren't being shipped. Completely unacceptable customer service!! This is the response I got: Dear Angela, We wish to take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience that has been caused. remaining items sku*quantity:3529xxxxx * 1 3586xxxxx * 1 For the remaining item, we unfortunately cannot ship it to you at this time due to having an RMA refund on this order. We can cancel remaining items and refund to you. When you get the money, you can place new order from our website for that item you need to get. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
