Dishonest. Scam.
I attempted to resolve this matter with the seller, DressLily, but the seller refused to refund the full amount of the product (a defective shirt that was labeled Large but was a Small) and was returned to them and is in their possession.
I returned the product on January 2nd 2019, and the seller did not refund me for the item. After three months of not receiving a refund, I contacted the seller, whereupon the seller stated that they never received the item.
By chance, I happened to find the tracking number and the date that it was delivered to the Seller's Warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga California. To this day, March 17, 2019 and after multiple messages, DressLily has not refunded me the full amount for the defective shirt which they have. They offered me a small amount of refund which I rejected, and they have not fulfilled honest business practices by honoring a refund for a defective item.
Will never buy from them again and hope that no one else buys from them.
