Like so many of the others, I paid extra for expedited shipping. After several days of my order "processing" I contacted them and I was told that paying extra only mean it will ship faster once they receive the product. This certainly isn't outlined in their fees. This was the second time I had service issues like this. Another time I actually forgot I had ordered something and it arrived THREE MONTHS later!! I have cancelled my most recent order and requested a full refund for everything... including shipping. Here's to hoping they get it done a lot faster than they ship anything. I'll not be doing business with them again.
