Ordered 3 things on july 10th. Emailed them after not hearing from them after a week. Come to find out 2 of the 3 items were back ordered and no where did it say on the website that tthis items were. I asked if they could send the items separately as they came in and they responded no. It took 1 MONTH from ordered date to finaly get an email saying my 3 items had shipped and a tracking code. Only thing is the tracking code was invalid!!! I emailed them regarding this and they totally ignored the problem sending a generic email back. Finaly a day after that i got a package in the mail and only 1 of the 3 items were in the bag!!!! Dresslily is by far the worst sight I have ordered from. A total nightmare. I will Never by a thing from them again! Do not shop here. Alot of their stuff is on other sights.
