Only down side is that one of the items I ordered went out of stock and I had to inquire about it myself. The other item I ordered came in a reasonable time. The quality was better than expected. Walmart grade material. I got lots of compliments on the stuffed cat hoodie when I wore it to work. I questioned why my second item was not shipped yet they said it was out of stock. I asked for a refund and they gave me one. Every reply was within 24 hours and I got my refun within 24 hours of requesting it. Make sure to order 2 sizes up though. I’m a small/medium depending on the place and I ordered size XL and it fit.
