Be Aware!
Truly wish I had found these reviews prior to ordering from this dodgy company.
Ordered 5 items I received 4.
One item, a pair of lace up side trousers were unfinished, the laces provided stuffed in a bag and not long enough. Another item a top was at least two sizes out and far too small and of a really cheap fabric.
I complained and they asked for photos. I sent photos and they responded saying that I would have to pay for international postage to Spain in order to receive my refund!! Or I would keep the items and have a partial refund?
Why would I keep unfinished and faulty badly fitted garments supplied by them? Why should I have to pay international postage to return faulty and unfinished garments?
I think this company is practicing a very dubious business model and is using tactics to ensure they keep their profits whilst supplying unwitting customers with poor quality items and then making it so expensive for them to return them that most will likely take a hit and lose their hard earned cash.
Hideous immoral company, and I am reporting them to trading standards and to PayPal (as I paid through them).
If anyone is intent on purchasing from them I suggest you consider all reviews carefully, be suspicious about how they’ve managed to get so many reviews removed, and use PayPal for payment as you may have more success at reclaiming for loss.
