Poor customer service. Wished I would have looked closer before falling into their trap. Bought some nice outfits for my wife as an early Christmas present and paid extra for 3-day shipping. 3 items were ordered, and of them they were shipped from 2 different locations. Got my first package from Dubai almost a week after order. But the second package wasn't even processed for shipping until almost 2 weeks after order was placed, then was shipped Flat Rate, which means I dont get it until 3.5 weeks after it was ordered. I asked for a shipping refund as not all packages were shipped at the same time and speed, but was denied since the one from Dubai was sent via "fast shipping" according to their agent.
Also, quality is very poor and fits are very tight but that's a whole other ball vame that others can review
