Very very very bad customer service. The jacket I purchased from them is a poor quality, too small and it took about three weeks or more to get it. I wanted to return the product and customer service is brutal: you can't phone them, you have to email them and when you do they get back to you the next day, they don't answer your questions, etc. The product was shipped to me from Canada ON and they made me return it to their USA warehouse they say and I had to pay for the shipping costs which is more than a one third of the cost of the jacket I purchased. They are a joke and would not recommend to anyone to shop from them.
So far Amazon rocks.
