I ordered 3 shirts on 12/16/19 and…
I ordered 3 shirts on 12/16/19 and chose their fastest delivery and today is 01/19/20.
Fedex tells me that they are holding the EMPTY package at their facility many states away from me. They told me to contact Dresslily to inform them. I called Dresslily and followed their online ticket process. Dresslily could and should simply call Fedex (their contracted shipper) to verify, however they are wanting me to again contact Fedex to request that Fedex go ahead and complete the shipping of the empty package to me. Then Dresslily wants me to send them a list of package conditions/specs and photos. This was my first shopping experience with Dresslily and It does not seem to me that they value a customer. Had I had a good experience, I had several additional items picked out to order. That's NOT going to happen now.
