I ordered 2 items on 12/6/19 as a Christmas gift for my wife. When they did not arrive before the 25th of December I chalked it up to it being a busy time of year. My wife’s birthday is in mid January, so I figured I’d gift it now as a birthday gift. Once that date came and went I began looking to contact them but was unable to. Finally I found their FB page and direct messaged them. At this point I’m looking to be refunded the money I spent nearly 2 months ago. They informed me now that one of the two items were in route, but the other item( the Item She was looking forward to the most) was out of stock, that I could pick another. I informed them of my disappointment in the fact that it took me contacting them well after the expected for receipt to be informed of this and that I’d like my money back. Their response was that one item was out (finally) for delivery and could not be cancelled but they would refund the other. I requested a refund of the nearly 5$ shipping, explaining that they had not held up their end of their own shipping terms. I was told no it would not be possible because they do not make a profit on shipping!!
I respectfully expressed my disappointment with no response. Zero out of five.
