I ordered a full body harness from them based on their size charts and measurements, and this thing doesn’t fit at all. It’s so oddly proportioned. It’s very wide all the way around and somehow way too short for the length of my torso. And now I can’t return it because I just barely missed the 30 day window. So I’m stuck with an expensive hunk of useless leather… If it is real leather… and speaking with her customer service they were not very professional or courteous at all. Actually quite rude.
