I bought this product 3 weeks ago. Me and my girlfriend are absolutely enthusiastic about this product. Nights have never been so sweet. The mattress is firm though soft on the top. You sunk for about 1 cm before hitting the foam base. The top layer is cool and I spent the hottest nights of the year without sweating. Packaging is nice and customer service is top notch. Definitely recommended.
