Ordered my mattresses at 11.30 on a Thursday. On Friday I was expecting my delivery of my new drift mattress, checked the status of my UPS shipping order and the status was listed as in "transit on time,delivery by end of day". I thought this was a little vague but not a problem as I had arranged to be in all day. By 17.50 I was beginning to wonder what had happened with my order, I called drift directly from the number on the website, I was unable to get through to anybody and had to leave a voicemail. 30 min later I received a call from drift, I was then informed that they had checked the status of the delivery from there end and my mattress had not even been loaded onto the lorry for delivery today.
I appreciate that this is not just the fault of drift but maybe ups but as a company u should not offer a next day service if u cannot achieve this. I would have thought informing a customer that a delivery was not coming would be more important than telling the manufacturer of the product.
To make matters worse as I was told I would be receiving the mattress that day by the ups message system I went and disposed of my old mattress. As a result myself and my eight month pregnant wife will have to sleep on the floor!!
I have to say I am completely dissatisfied and I can only hope when eventually the product arrives it is considerably better than the delivery. If not the 100 day trial won't last very long.
