Although I could write a whole 250 word review about the flavour and taste of the carabao drinks, this is not what I want this review to be about. Yes, the drinks are delicious and I have been drinking them for years now, with my favourite flavour being the original, but don't take my word for it, you must try them yourselves. However, this review MUST be about the exceptional customer service that I have been provided by the carabao team. I contacted them regarding an order that I had placed because I found one of the packs of drinks to not be up to the standard that I had always known carabao to be. The customer service team replied rapidly and with a respected amount of concern. They apologised profusely and took the issue very seriously, wanting to ensure that the quality of their drinks had not been compromised. As such, they took a few details from me about the pack and said that they would investigate. Following this, they then informed me that they would be replacing my order IN FULL, despite the issue hopefully only being with one pack (out of four). I was blown away at the gesture and I can not commend the customer service team enough, they are a credit to the Carabao brand.
