No attempt to fix car at side of road, only recovery to a local garage despite advertising this. The tow truck driver was unable to repair as he was not a mechanic and purely a tow truck driver. Questioned this with the company and got a particularly unhelpful and rude repsonse from them.
Avoid at all costs, there are cheaper alternatives with better reviews.
