car had a flat battery, idiot on the other end of the phone said it was my fault, and that I had inadvertently left a light ,and would not come out without a 120.00 call out charge. The said this would be refundable if it was found out I hadn't left a light on. I explained how could this be done as I have no electrics. After an argument ,and some sarcastic comments by the supposedly called expert,i gave up and sorted it myself. DONT BOTHER buying any form of insurance from this company, they are totally clueless and are just acting a subsidiary to make a few quid. 24/7. try ringing out of normal office hours,Yet again DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
