I received a car missing 1/8 of fuel, sent the car back with the same level of fuel, however I was charged for the refilling.
I broght the car back 10 minutes prior to the end of my booking. They took 15 minutes to close the contract and I was charged an extra day due to their own delay.
I have claimed for these 2 issues under the protocol 00194918, but NEVER received a reply.
