I was a little apprehensive choosing a cancellation service but it seems to be the way to go to get a speedy test in the current climate. First test was moved from another test centre to our local one in December, then to October. Unfortunately first test was not successful so reactivated account (no charge) & started again after first securing a test miles away next year. Test moved within a week - to the following week. Pass this time fortunately. Liked the date settings where you can auto book a test or select check first. Initial fee seemed a little high (although probably/possibly comparable) but it worked for us & secured two tests when I hoped for.
