Good customer service, I ordered blue retroid but they kindly told me that they have just orange retroids on the stock and asked if they can send orange one. I agreed and they gave it to courier quickly so I got it 1 day after as I paid for 1 day delivery. My retroid pocket 2 came in perfect condition, everything works good. I am very happy with my order, my retroid pocket 2 is with me for 2 weeks now and I feel lucky like a kid when I am playing my favourite game adventure island 2, mario bros or chip & dale :D some games have different names, for example adventure island is "maple story" or chip&dale is "squirrel battle" but retroid system shows you a videos of thousands games in it. Thank you very much Droix for my order, I recommend their service and if I ever need anything else I would be happy to order from Droix again. And I recommend Retroid Pocket 2 for everyone who loves retro games, that's amazing console
